WIOA Intake Coordinator
Deadline to apply:  October 5, 2018

Part time - non-exempt position

Monday - Friday - day hours

$14.00 hourly    25 hours weekly


Essential Duties:

* Greet potential customers

* Provide information on WIOA training opportunities

* Reviews eligibility requirements with customer

* Completes intake paperwork with eligible customers

* Assists in filing, copying, and other administrative duties

* Performs basic data entry into spreadsheets and automated systems



* High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

* Able to stand, walk, sit & use hands regularly
* Computer aptitude helpful

* Ability to work with the public and provide excellent customer service

Customer Service Representative

In partnership with Wicomico DSS
FT position with limited benefits
$11.00 hourly - non exempt
Monday - Friday 8a-5p

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
* Greeting customers
* Answering telephones
* Assist and screen applicants for public assistance programs
* Distributing and collecting customer service surveys

* Clerical office skills

Vehicle/Bus Operator - Non CDL
FT position with a great benefit package
Hours vary Monday - Friday with the occasional Saturday

$11.22 hourly


Essential Duties:

- Safely operates public transit system vehicles on assigned routes; transports passengers in and around three local counties to and from medical and other various appointments

- Performs pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicle to include but not limited to: service and parking brakes, lights and reflectors, tires, horn, windshield and windows, windshield wipers, mirrors, wheels, tires and rims, emergency equipment, doors and panels, bus interior, wheel chair lifts, cleanliness of interior. Checks full, oil, water, coolant and air pressure levels prior to departure. Complete inspection form and report. Reports and problems to Dispatch.

- Operates and maintains a wheelchair access lift on vehicle; ensures wheelchair passengers are properly loaded, secured and stabilized on board, unloaded and safely delivered to appropriate destination.



- Valid Driver License with less than 4 points

- Acceptable current driving record

- Physically able to load/unload and secure wheelchair customers

- Employment contingent on satisfactory results of mandatory DOT drug screening and background check

Bus Operators - Fixed Route Full & Part Time Positions Available

Full and Part Time positions available
Pay rate for CDL B with air brakes and passenger endorsement $12.90 - $13.16 hourly


  • Safely operates assigned vehicle to transport passengers over specified routes to local or distant points according to time schedule
  • Picks up and drops off passengers to scheduled medical appointments.
  • Schedule will include evenings/nights, weekends and holidays, varying shifts & routes



  • Minimum of a current CDL B Driver’s Permit with air brakes & passenger endorsement
  • Valid DOT physical
  • Acceptable current driving record
  • Physically able to load/unload and secure wheelchair customers
  • Employment contingent on satisfactory results of mandatory DOT drug screening and background check
