Full time

Shift: Operation runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Hours will be mainly nights, overnights and weekends. Must be flexible on hours & days
Salary: $11.56 hourly, non-exempt with excellent  benefits


Essential Duties:
*  First point of contact with bus operators during emergencies
*  Monitor/track/respond to radio communications with bus operators
*  Assign vehicles to specific routes, based on route demands and vehicle availability
*  Distribute manifests to drivers
*  Receive/record requests from Origin to Destination customers for scheduled pick-ups

*  Able to multi-task
*  Clear speaking voice, calm demeanor, attention to detail
*  Familiarity with transportation emergency response protocol, proficiency with radio communication codes preferred
*  Customer service focus
*  Valid driver license

Accounting Associate
Full Time Position - non-exempt

Monday - Friday  8a - 430p
Salary - Based on Experience

Essential Duties:
*  Establish payroll record & create access to system for each employee
*  Organize, prepare, monitor & generate payroll for employees of all organizations
*  Create, modify, and update employee records
*  Monitor leave accruals, carryover limits, payouts and forfeitures
*  Prepare, balance, & maintain a variety of specialized payroll reports
*  Collect expense reports, statement sheets & invoices; identify entity responsible for payment
*  Review and enter statement sheets
*  Process accounts payable checks
*  Create and maintain various spreadsheets
*  Obtain required information and create annual 1099's

*  Fluent in Excel to the level of advanced user
*  QuickBooks experience
*  Demonstrate ability to gather, manage & effectively communicate with stakeholders
*  Demonstrate ability to problem solve by identifying & resolving problems in a timely manner
*  Demonstrate ability to develop methods for conveying complex financial data in an understandable format
*  Ability to prioritize tasks & have good time management skills

Bus Operators - Fixed Route Full & Part Time Positions Available

Full and Part Time positions available
Pay rate for CDL B with air brakes and passenger endorsement $12.90 - $13.16 hourly


  • Safely operates assigned vehicle to transport passengers over specified routes to local or distant points according to time schedule
  • Picks up and drops off passengers to scheduled medical appointments.
  • Schedule will include evenings/nights, weekends and holidays, varying shifts & routes



  • Minimum of a current CDL B Driver’s Permit with air brakes & passenger endorsement
  • Valid DOT physical
  • Acceptable current driving record
  • Physically able to load/unload and secure wheelchair customers
  • Employment contingent on satisfactory results of mandatory DOT drug screening and background check
